Order Processing
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Ready-to-ship items are usually processed before dispatch. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time before shipping.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, material preparation, and quality inspection.
If your order includes a custom or made-to-order piece, we will provide an estimated production timeline before or after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected countries and regions.
Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. If your country or region is not available, please contact us and we will let you know whether shipping can be arranged.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location, selected shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier service.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges depending on your country or region.
These charges are usually collected by local customs or the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Clerva is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional fees charged by local authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct before placing your order.
Clerva is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will help review the situation and may contact the carrier when needed. However, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and policies.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, or additional costs.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
Shipping for Custom Orders
Custom pieces require production before shipping.
The shipping timeline begins after the custom piece has completed production, quality inspection, and final confirmation. Production time and shipping time should be considered separately.
